Champions In The Classroom
Student-athletes at the University of Tennessee strive to be champions in the classroom. We have several recognition programs that highlight our students’ academic excellence, and we have nominated several student-athletes for prestigious awards. The following highlights showcase their academic success.

*Two student-athletes won NCAA post-graduate scholarships in 2011

*184 student-athletes made the 2010-2011 SECHonor Roll (recognition requires a GPA of 3.00 or higher for the preceding 2 semesters among other details).
*240 student-athletes currently have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
